SSR Questions!

Hey all. I have a few questions about SSR. I have a stay in a Grand Villa coming up in November and am wondering 1) Do all phases have Grand Villas in them? 2) Does the normal adivce for preferred locations also apply to the Grand Villas (Grandstand or Congress Park), or should I request something else? Finally, what's the best way to request a specific location?

Yes. Each building has grand villas. Not sure what is important to you but if you'd like to be close to DTD you could just request Congress Park. If you want to be close to the main pool you could request the Springs.

The best way to request a room location is to ask Member Services to place the request on your reservation. I have stayed in Congress Park and it was nice and close to DTD and The Springs.

We went to the Open House last week when we were there, and they said there's 2 or 4 GVs in each section. We stayed in Congress Park and liked it, but still think we would have been happier by the Springs. We actually saw the living room (and television) of a GV when we were walking back from the pool. Yes, you can request for GVs like you would any other room.

Each building has 2 GV's. They are located in the back of the buildings with one in each wing
