$99 cruise?

I keep reading inferences to a $99 cruise. What is the deal with this? Thanks

Hi...
To get the $99 deal you had to have cruised in January. It was a special deal just for that month. It is good for a 3 night Wonder cruise during the fall. We are booked for Oct and can't wait.
