Ok my DH and I have been to Niagra Falls many times. We found great hotel rates and are planning to go April 26-28. We know our way around fairly well. Our questions are, What is open this time of the year, what is the weather like, and does anyone want to have dinner or meet up somewhere??

We have been to Niagra fallls but never in April. Thanks

Season is just starting and al attractions will be open but much quieter than summer. The weather can vary....we had snow last week and today was 75 and sunny! It is cool in evening and can be during day also. I think this is an excellant time to enjoy everything without crowds.

Check out Rainforest Cafe on Clifton Hill! The Hershey Store is nice and we really like the Science Centre next the the Hershey Store! Where are you staying. We like the Americana and the new Hilton. Sandra

My So and I will be visting the Falls April 26-29. WE are staying at Skyline INN. The Hershey store better watch out I love those Strawberries and the cheesecake fudge.

For right now we are at the Best Western Fireside down by the rapids. DH is checking out prices a couple other places and we may switch but for now thats where we will be

Check out the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill. We stayed there the beginning of March and it was really nice. They have a great deluxe continental breakfast included in your room. It had everything you could want for breakfast except hot things like bacon and eggs. Fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, danish etc. They also have a nice pool and hot tub. They are right in the middle of everything there. We pretty much left our car parked at the hotel and walked everywhere except the Outlet Mall.

WHERE IS THE RAINFOREST CAFE IN CLIFTON HILL. IS IT NEW?

The RFC is fairly new, it opened last spring. If you are going up Clifton Hill (away from the Falls) it is on the right hand side just after all of the stores etc. start. (Sorry can't remember the name of the street that the Casino is on). It is right beside the Dino3D ride.
