Nearest Publix To WDW?

Can anyone tell me the which is the nearest publix and wallmart to WDW?

There is a grocery story (publix?) just outside hotel row at downtown disney off the north entrance in a shopping mall. It's the road that goes past the hilton and grovesnor hotels. Instead of turning right to catch I 4, go straight through the light and past the macdonalds.

Sounds like you are refering to the Crossroads Shopping Center and Goodings. Goodings is very expensive.

If you turn left, and go down 3 lights, you'll find a Win-Dixie on the right hand side, just past the ABC Liquor.

Not sure about a Wal-Mart - there's a Super Target over on Orange Blossom Trail, but that's a bit of a drive. There is a Walgreens on the same route to the Win-Dixie, just look on the left side of the road.

There are two publix supermarkets close to WDW. One is on 535 and the directions are the one given above. The other is on South International and 192. This one would be closer if you are staying at CBR, AS, or AKL. The easiest way to get there is to take Osceola Pkwy to South International (Gaylord Palms is on the corner so you can't miss it). Take the right onto South International and publix will be on the left.

There is a Publix on 535. Take a right at the Crossroads and it's about 4 miles??? down on the left. It's on he corner of 535 and another road (I want to say 192??). Sorry I'm not good with road names. It's behind a Burger King. When you get to the end of 535 at the light you will see it on your left.
Also if you make a left at that same light and go about another 4 miles right after Midevial Times Dinner Restaurant there is a Super Walmart. Beth

Hi,

There is a great Publix that we always use on 192, about three miles west of World Drive. This place is very easy to get to (if the construction has stopped on the west portion of 192), and the prices are better than most other stores in the area. It may be a little over three miles, as you leave the real congested area just before you get there. Anyway, just keep looking on the right side of the road and you will find it. I'm such a sicko, I even miss that grocery store!!
