Anyone going for Marathon weekend, your 180 day window is here, or really close anyway. Just giving a heads up. I guess that I should start planning my week. :woohoo: Usually, I have it down to the hour by now! :cool1: I think I may go off grounds to Seaworld on the Monday after the marathon. That will be a first for me. After that Tues - Friday will be at Disney.:yay:

What's that? Is that some kind of bar? :rotfl:
Decisions, decisions! I wonder if I should try O'hanas? I've never eaten there. Hmmm.

I'll be calling Saturday to make ADRs (since I won't be arriving until Thursday the 8th... I think that's 180 days?):) Sure would be easier to figure out our plans if Disney would post their park hours for January...

I will be calling Saturday as well. I can't believe we've already reached the 180 day mark. I think January will be here before we know it :)

Ohh Scott, thanks for the reminder! :thumbsup2 Now this will keep me occupied for the rest for the day when I should be doing less important things...like payroll. :lmao:

Another one here about to spend more time on the truly important ADRs instead of whatever it is they want me to do...something about tank levels......:confused3 :lmao:

Shan - Pop always has pasta at the same station as the pizza so we'll be fine!

me too! I've got Le Cellier, California Grill, and Brown Derby on my list. How about you?
I really hope Disney changes to the 90 day out ADRs everyone's been talking about. 6 months is just too far in advance I think...

I admire all of you who are planners. I just cannot plan that far in advance. DH would not like it. So we usually wait until last minutes then WISH for openings.
:tiptoe: (Sometimes I sneak in a plan or 2 ahead of time though.) :tiptoe:

So, this is DH's first marathon. Should I book an ADR for lunch at Epcot? Is that what most people do? Or is it more likely that he'll want to head back to the room and collapse?
Thanks for the info. This board has been great. DH is in charge of getting out and running, I'm in charge of everything else!

I am running the 5K on Friday, the Half Marathon on Saturday and the Marathon on Sunday. I vote for collapsing after the marathon!
If this is your DH's first marathon, I think he'd appreciate going back to the room to ice down/relax/collapse first... food later. However, you might want to leave it open to see how he feels then do something spontaneous if he is up to it.

hmmmm, I would say collapse after the Full and maybe do an early dinner ADR because then I think there may be a desert WISH meeting at EPCOT on Sunday night.
