Hi guys, had to share my excitement - a flower bouquet (mickey themed of course) that i made was featured in the July issue of the Chirp (Cricuts newsletter). You can see the thread where i posted it here:

Thanks! I had thought about it, but then i decided to do the Double Dip 5 night DCL for Labor day.. and we go to WDW in November, and again in March ( i signed up to do the first Princess 1/2 marathon!).. So, i can't be too greedy.. LOL

Lisa, what about some for our tables at SDV? We could raffle them off, everyone puts their name in a hat.

That is a great idea! I have tons of raffle tickets I could bring. Let's talk this weekend on who will do what, I'm thinking you create, and I buy the paper and the buckets. LOL

sounds like a plan. We can see if the Target $ spot still has containers. I might even have some in the loft. I'll go look now. I know I have small buckets, lots of them. We could do individual ones too.

ETA: I have 13 red ones and 12 white ones. They are little.

I think little ones would work great. We can have a little DIS garden on our tables.

How many tables will we have do you think?

How much paper should I order? I'll get red, black, white, and yellow. All good Mickey colors!!! šOš

and the foam for the inards and grass? What kind? Ohhh, I wonder if the crop girls would give up their 1/2 inch strips from the old CM pages.

Tables? 3 or 4 maybe. 4 at each table.

PS- I, too, am a closet Hannah Montana fan. I usually spot HM stuff before DD. ;)

Buffy - if you throw a piece of green paper in a shreder - you will have some cute and fast grass -

I can get you TONS of white shredded paper.

I have some 1/2" strips but had sent my previous supply to DD's school for an art project.

my shredder cross cuts though. but good idea! I might have some left over easter grass though.
