Hello :)

My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to WDW in October and we'd like to stay at the Polynesian. But first, we were wondering if anyone knows if you can get a king bed in the standard gardenview rooms?? I read that you can get king beds in suites, but I haven't read anything about the regular rooms. A king bed is a requirement for us, so we'd appreciate any info or recommendations :)

Thank you!!
Jenn

Sorry, the beds in the non-suite rooms at the Polynesian are Queens.

There are 2 of them...and they are quite large beds...

If a King bed is a requirement, I know that Wilderness Lodge has some. There maybe other deluxe resorts that have king bed rooms, but I can't tell you off the top of my head.

Thanks for the input! A king is defintely a requirement for us, so we're going to go with the Contemporary Tower instead.

Thanks,
Jenn

Just remember, the Contemporary tower only has like 5-10 king bed rooms. The only way to be guarenteed a king bed room is to reserve a "Wing King Room" or a "Tower Concierge King Room".
