Yes, there are several places that can handle your boarding pass. The front desk or concierge desk can do it at the hotel or guest services can help you at the parks.

2. If I'm having a transportation come and pick us up, how and where do I meet them? Will they contact me beforehand?
Never used transportation, but if this is an individually contracted transportation, I would assume that they meet you in the front of the hotel. I am sure others will chime in on this one.

3. Can we pool hop? Are there times of year that this is restricted?
Yes!!!! :cool1:
Not only is it allowed, it is encouraged. Just make sure you bring your room key so you can show that you are staying on property. You can get towels at any of the pools.

4. Which pool is the best?
That is a matter of discussion here on the boards. They are all fantastic. They all have games and dive-in movies poolside. RPR's has a great water-play area for the younger kids and HRH and PBH have nice slides. The HRH pool has underwater music. Then there is the Villa pool at PBH that is a bit more adult and relaxing.
You are just going to have to try them all! :goodvibes

5. Ironing boards in the rooms at RPR?
Yes

6. Hair dryers?
Yes

goofy are you sure that you can check in for a flight at the front desk - I have never seen that service at Universal.

We've checked in for Southwest flights at the Guest Services desk at the hotels -- you just need to have your confirmation numbers.

What Damo said.

I must still be feeling the effects of my post-op meds. :lmao:

I meant guest services. Although I guess the front desk would direct you to guest services, so I guess in a round-about way they could help you.......(I am reaching, aren't I?)
