Heading to CA this weekend. Will we freeze if we try to dip our toes in a pool this weekend?

I can answer my own question. We froze and did not put one toe in the water.

Sorry we didn't get back to you -- it has been chilly these past few days. ::::Sigh::::

Ah, the ironies of vacationing. We left the east coast (before the heat wave of course) for sunny California. Our first couple of days were interimittantly cloudy, one day drizzled and it never exceeding 70 degrees. It sounds like I am complaining of course but it was over all actually pleasant considering we had a big itinerary. Never felt one earthquake but missed the one that everyone was talking about back home. Loved San Diego. Its the BEST city ever!

I too am from Ct and was just thinking about how relative "warmth" can be! If it is over 60 degrees my kids think it's swimming weather! While you were on vacation in *sunny Southern California*, we were sizzling here! Go figure! ;)
