We have booked rooms 2075 and 2077, connecting. Do you lose a lot of storage to put the door there?

Those two rooms will not connect to each other...they will be across the hall.
The only thing we noticed about connecting rooms is that there is greater noise potential if you are not travelling with the party next door. You can hear them pretty clearly when they are by the door.

abitjaded said 2075 and 2076 in her post, which are indeed across the hall from each other, but in the title to her thread, she said 2075/2077, which do indeed connect.

Anyway, to answer the question, you don't lose anything except for a little bit of blank wall.

ok dave you loose some blank wall because the door is there obviously. this is true- lol But whenever we travel and have a connecting door we always find something to put in front of it.
This post caught my eye *** we have 2073 which connects with 2071
