Billet Francilien - Purchase if not from Paris?

We live in Canada and will be visiting DLP at the end of July. I have been checking different ticket options for a 1 Day/2 Park Hopper Ticket. They have a special offer to save 10% (15% if you are from the UK), however the price for different countries varies quite a bit. For example, the UK price is 35 GBP which equals about $70 Cdn. The price if I put Canada in for my country is 53 Euros which is about $85 Cdn. I found a ticket on the French site called the Billet Francilien for 36 Euros. Does anyone know if I can purchase this ticket online if I do not live in France?
We will be in London before we go to Paris - do the Disney stores there have any deals for 1 Day Hopper tickets? Thanks for your help.

I do remember someone on here buying the Billet Francilien ticket and collecting it at the park. I'll see if I can find the thread tomorrow. I'm sure they weren't resident in France although be careful with your dates as I always thought the Billet Francilien had quite a lot of blackout days.

I did check the blackout dates and we are OK with our dates. The tickets must also be booked at least 5 days in advance. I'd appreciate it if you could find the thread - I tried a search, but nothing came up.

I see they booked their tickets through France Billet (http://www.francebillet.com/?_lang=en) rather than the official Disney site.
