You just do what you did to get there, but backwards.

So, you start out by going on your knees, then you go on your arms like in that picture, then you lift up your *** and legs, in to a kinda half downward dog. Then you swing your legs straight up in the air, then you slowly bring them down to that position.
So to get gack down, you put your legs back in the air, then just get them on the floor, it's easier to go down than up.

At first, it's really hard, but now it's pretty easy, you've just got to learn how to do it, practice, and maintain your balance. It really strengthens your abs, back, arms, and shoulders, and it's good for balance too.
