Downgrading DxDDP to free dinning?

We booked the free dinning w/deluxe add on. If we are within the 45 days can we drop the deluxe and go w/ just the free basic plan? Do we have to pay a fee for any changes? Thanx

If you are within the 45 days, it is my understanding if the total package price decreases, then you would be subject to a change fee of I believe $50!
