While there aren't any locations in Havre De Grace (or Harford County for that matter) - by the way, GREAT job pronouncing the city right Kevin!!! - a good alternative and a lot closer to home might be California Tortilla. Just a little trivia - the owner of Cal Tort is a co-owner of the DC Improv so if you ever get out to the DC Improv, that is the food they serve. Mmmmmm....
