We needed two rooms at the beginning of our trip in August because of our flights. We tried to book though Disney for two rooms at Pop using the current GP code. All that they had left were preferred rooms. They gave us a quote of $182 for two preferred rooms for 1 night. My dh booked two preferred rooms through expedia for $69 each.
It was funny because standard rooms through expedia were something like $82 a night.
I just wanted to share with others in case you were unable to book the code through Disney maybe your dates are available through expedia.

Good luck with making any modifications or if you have any problems. I used to love when expedia and travelocity agents called in asking for their clients reservation number and had no idea what was going on.

Thank you! I was able to get AKL for $149 per night! Now to decide if we want to upgrade and lose free dining or keep free dining at Pop! Big decision when its 2 rooms!

Not foreseeing any need to make any modifications since it is a one night stay. We arrive at midnight and check in to AKL the next day.

I am glad that it helped you. I know what you mean about a big decision when you have two rooms booked. You really have to do the math to figure out what saves you the most money. Good luck
