Child Id Card

I made up a child ID card for my son for school this fall - and thought why not have one for our trip. Please understand I blurred some of the image for a reasons. But I hope you all get the point - please let me know what you all think - I am new to the design stuff!

I will work on it tonight if I can ladies! Do you all think we need something else on there should be something else on there near the resort name? The very first one I made was for his school so it had his school name and phone # on it. Then on the back I put his DR name and emergency contact # other then us....so let me know if you all think it needs something different.

I would love a blank one too! We have a laminator and it would be wonderful! I was also told to write my cell phone number, my name and our room on the inside collar of my childrens shirts, just in case....

If you can fit it maybe you should do a place for a special alert. Asthma allergies special needs etc.

I Changed it up just a touch.....and when I get home later I am thinking of doing a BACK as well with maybe Family Dr#'s and alternate Emergency Contact # things like that - so let me know what you all think of this one and I can try and do some editing......Thinking I might put the Special needs/allergy part on the back as well! AND ADD A FRAME Around it

Can you copy it to word? If so, you can resize it there.
