How do Counter Service Meals work on Deluxe Plan?

Can anyone who has used the Deluxe plan tell me how ordering at the CS places works? Do you get to order an appetizer also besides your meal? Also, do salads or soups count as appetizers at any of the restraunts.

For instance at Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck Express, what can we order?

counter service meals on deluxe do not include an appetizer. Just meal, drink and dessert. Soup or salad can be ordered (at most places) in lieu of an appy at table service locations.

at wolfgang you can order something like a pasta dish, a soda and a brownie. At most CS places you could get a standard meal like a double cheeseburger, fries combo with a drink and a slice of cake for dessert. No distinction between CS ad TS on deluxe. For my January trip (if the plan does not alter too much next year) I am not plannng on any CS meals, all TS

If you go to Wolfgangs Express make sure you try the BBQ Chicken Quesadilla. It was great! I was on the Dlx Plan and got it with a drink and dessert (cookies).
