BCV annual fee?

can anyone tell me what the annual fee for these are and if they increase every year or remain the same

It is charged per point each year. For 2002, the dues are $3.77 per point. They can go up (and sometimes down) every year. The maximum they can go up is 15%, but increases the last 5 years have been minimal. The Dues include Operating Costs, Capital (building reserves for on-going big items like roofs, furniture, etc.) and Real Estate Taxes.
