Adventures by Disney

My wife and I are considering booking an Adventures by Disney trip next year. I'm curious if anyone has done one of these trips, where you went and what did you think about it? Would it be fun for two adults (38 and 49) without kids, or are the trips very kid/family focused?

I don't think many who post on the DVC Forums have gone on those trips. They do sound wonderful!
