Specific question about catagory 11 rooms....

According to www.cruise-locator.com, some of these rooms only accomodate 3 guests, while others accomodate 4.

All catagory 11's are the same size, so I'm wondering what the difference is.

The rooms that acomodate 4 have a pull down bunk bed from the ceiling. The room for 3 does not.
