I like to think I have no regrets.
I have none that really matter or make a difference in my life. I would never want to take back something I have done because I've learned from everything.

But I DO have ONE stinkin regret that I STILL to this DAY kick myself for!!

It was about 3-4 summers ago, I was at a sci-fi/horror convention (because i'm a nerd like that!) and JAMES MARSTERS (aka the love of my life, aka Spike in Buffy) was going to be there for a meet & greet/ Q&A/ get your picture with.
Problem was it was 90$ to get your picture with him!! And being a jobless 15 yr old I did not have that kind of moolah to spend.
So me, my sister & my dad found out what time he was going to the meet & greet, where the meet & greet was, which entrance he would be using and which direction he was coming from.
SO about 2 hrs before the meet & greet we staked out the perfect spot, and we sat there and waited.
Just when we were about to lose hope who walks down the hall....a short man with brown hair....who could this man be??? James Marsters is tall & has bleach blonde hair. (turns out fancy camera angles can make one look much taller than they really are...)
Anyways...IT WAS HIM! IT WAS JAMES!!! HE WAS WALKING RIGHT PAST US!! OUR 2 HOURS OF WAITING PAID OFF!
I grabbed my digital camera and put it up to take a pic...as he walked by he made his "SPIKE FACE" RIGHT at MY camera!!!! I was too shocked to do anything!!! To star struck to CLICK A BUTTON!
SO I missed it!!!

THIS is the only picture I managed to snap:

But as we were walking back we DID happen to walk past a certain ex-hobit and his entourage...

Not giving John a proper goodbye. That's gotta be at the top of my list.

That sucks! But still so lucky, that you even got to see him.

My biggest regret was not speaking up and saying something to my mom. It might have stopped something that happened and we wouldn't be where we are today.
But it's also something that has taught me to appreciate things more and to never take your freedom for granted.
I wish I would have said something.

My biggest regret was going out with "him".
I thought he'd treat me right, boy was I wrong.

Not being closer with my now deceased grandmother.

There's another regret similar to that one. Every Christmas we opened presents and had turkey dinner at my house. My uncles mother (not blood related) always came down because he was her last living relative. There's a picture of me showing my grandmother what I got for Christmas, and this lady leaning over trying to see what I got. I know that I never showed her what it was, and I know that I never knew her name. I know that I never had a conversation with her. She's been dead for a few years now, but I really feel bad for what I did.

honestly, the thought 'i wish that didn't just happen' or 'did i really just do that?' goes through my head on a daily basis. but i wouldn't change a thing about my life. what i've done has made me who i am, and i regret nothing. now, i've screwed up royally, i don't want you to think i haven't. but i don't regret a second of any of it. ive done some bad things, but i learn something every day, and some days the lessons are better than others.
so, no regrets.

Ever getting my hopes up for #6 in the Flight 29 Down series. They took out some of my favorite love/friendship scenes from the show with an elvis impersonating parrot. THAT'S NOT RIGHT!

My biggest regret is not going into the hospital room to see my uncle. I was too distraught by what I saw. He looked so ill and different to how he was before being diagnosed with cancer :( I sat outside the room crying with my aunt. I didn't go into the room. He died a few days later. It has been nearly 2 years now and I still can't get over it. I'll never forgive myself.

There's been a lot of stuff in life where I wish it didn't happen.. but i mean.. hey, i got to learn from my mistakes right? so then I'm glad it happened.

but one regret is going out with a Senior. He's going to college at the end of the summer and i can't learn any lessons because I already know that college/ high school relationships are bad! so Now what I am suppose to do :confused3

A couple summers back. My greatgrandmother lived in a nursing home. After her husband had died a few years before, she kind of mentally "lost it." She'd have her "good days" and her "bad days." Whenever I went to visit, she always seemed to be having a "bad day." So, one day my mom asked me if I wanted to visit her. I remember that I was sitting on the stairs and having something to drink. I looked her in the eye and told her no, and that I didn't feel like it. My mom came home, and as always, I was anxious to hear about her day. She had a good day.

The next chance I had to see her was right before she died, she was on life support, and to be honest, it was, emotionally, one of the worst hours I've ever had to endure.
