Hi,
My brother, who lives in Malta, Europe will be visiting me this summer. His dd (7) has asthma. Is there a insurance policy that I can purchase for him that will cover a pre-existing condition? Any help would be really appreciated. I am going to search online but I would love to hear from anyone who has had to deal with this issue.
