I was wondering if it will be a hassle to stay at OKW if we have an ECV (electric conveinence vehicle) with us. Does anyone have any experience with the buses from OKW and their ability to transport an ECV?
Is it hard? anything I need to know?

I don't have an ECV, but I have a powerchair (power wheelchair) & it's absolutely no problem getting it on and off the busses (we were at OKW for 2 weeks in December)... the bus drivers are wonderful... I remember the first time I brought my chair I was so worried about getting on & off the busses, but I swear all of the bus drivers were wonderful.... so if you need your ECV, take it & don't worry about the busses!!!

Thank you so much for your quick reply! It makes it less "stressfull" to know these sorts of things in advance!

I use an ECV and always stay at OKW. However I always have my van with me and transport myself.
One trip we stayed at BW and went to MGM by boat from the BW. I strong wind came up and they cancelled the boat returning. We had to use the bus. Other than taking a while to load the ECV on the bus, it was no problem.
Also I use my ECV inside the 1 BR villa at OKW. The spaciousness of the villa makes this real easy. The 1 BR at BW was pretty tight trying to get around.

We travel with our DD who uses a manual wheelchair and we have had good luck with the buses at OKW.

My brother owns at OKW and uses a ECV. When going to the parks/DD they almost always take the bus. He is able to whip that ECV right on the bus and loves that his DW doesn't have to take apart and load/unload his ECV into their rental car.
