Never cruised before!!!

I have a question for any Vacation Club members who have used points to cruise on-

If you got two cabins connected together and had two adults and two kids, how do they calculate the point cost of the two cabins? I have never been on a cruise before and was also wondering does it matter where the room is on the ship?

I can answer the point question. You would pay for 4 adults.

Whether you're paying with DVC points or cash, the first two people booked in any stateroom will be charged the adult rate regardless of their age.

BTW, one adult has to be officially "booked" into each stateroom, but once onboard, you can revert to your preferred sleeping arrangement.
