Yes! Yes! and Yes!! They should stay for at least two days. I would have much rather stayed there than spend one day at sea. Great idea! Sue

How about 2 days at Castaway Cay instead of the day in Nassau!! One day at Castaway is not enough!!!!:sunny: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

I know I'm in the vast minority here, but I found Castaway Cay to be very pleasant, but nothing *really* special.
The beach is nice enough as are the accommodations, but to
me, it was kind of crowded and the food/drinks merely
adequate. I didn't snorkel there, but have heard that it too
is just adequate.
I would much prefer to explore different beaches everytime
I take a cruise. On my DCL cruise in April... We *loved*
Coki beach in St. Thomas. Great Bay beach was nice
enough too (if you don't mind the local hawkers) and I
think lunch at Everyt'ing Cool blew away the BBQ at
Castaway. Plus, the Caribe beers at Great Bay Beach
were fab and a bargain at $1.00!
On my next cruise (western route, not on Disney) I'm
really looking to explore more new beaches!
Cheers...
Walter
