I'd like to encourage everyone to post on the Weekly Thread from time to time. Don't be intimidated or concerned that you "can''t keep up". Don't worry about replying to everyone who has posted before you. There's no rule that says you have to reply to everyone every time. You don't even have to read all the other posts if you don't have time. Just stop in occasionally and say
And don't think just because you're not training for an event right now that you have nothing to post.::yes:: It doesn't matter if your trying to get your rear off the couch, training to do your first 5K, or tapering for the Olympics. It's all about being a team and encouraging each other, no matter what. :thumbsup2
We worry about people who disappear because we care and are concerned about our team mates.

Yes, I agree, please come on over and say HI, even if its just to let everyone know you are a breathing human being. Let us know how your doing!!
Please don't feel that you have to answer everyone, unless you want to, but come on over to the Weekly thread and say "hello.":wave2:

For everyone who doesn't know Judy is the Queen:snooty: of the Court of YARC, the You Ain't Right Club. It's worth coming over to the weekly to visit and see what she is up to.
She has a masters degree in Foam Roller.
Slinking off now Panda:upsidedow

Thank you for posting this. I have avoided posting on the weekly thread (although I read it every day) because I simply don't have time to respond to every post, but I love reading it. The weekly thread inspires me even though I don't post. :goodvibes
