I googled custom t-shirts...and vistaprint came up...white tees with your uploaded graphics/photos are 4.74....so far the only drawback I see is that they don't have kids sizes...my boys can do an adult small though....for 4.74 you can't beat it...I couldn't buy the shirts unprinted for that. Anyone used them?

I have not used them for T-shirts but have for just about everything else they carry. I have been happy with everything I have ever ordered from them. They sometimes charge to upload an image, so watch for that. If you sign up they will send you promotions too, including stuff for free.

I am actually wearing one of their t-shirts right now!! I ordered a few to advertise my travel nanny business, and they have held up pretty good through at least 3 washes (regular washes, nothing special). The only bad thing was it took a while to get them (between 1-2 wks) because I didn't pay extra to upgrade to "faster delivery." So if you need them quick, pay for the upgrade.
They will charge you to upload an image, and they probably will not print any character/Disney images for fear of copyright infringement. Like pp said, they will send you discounts if you sign up...or, if you order one shirt (or other item) from them, they will sen you TONS of discount codes!!
