A few months ago I posted about staying at AKV for our anniversary at the end of March and having a huge problem with bees on our balcony. We were very happy with being moved to concierge and enjoyed our stay immensely. Today I called member services to make a reservation and I'm told that I have banked points left that I have to use before our use year ends. What? I asked the representative to check because I was quite sure I didn't. It seems that AKV credited all of our points from that March stay!:cool1: I was able to add on two nights to our stay next week. I had absolutely no idea they did this for us. What a surprise.

Thats awesome. I know about 2 or 3 years ago me and 2 of my Girlfriends went to BWV for 5 nights and one of them got sick while we were there and we decided to leave and go home a couple of days early. We went to check out that night and they were so nice to us and when I got to checking a they credited to 2 nights back to me and we did not even leave till like 11:00 that one night. I thought that was just Wonderful and I know it had to be the front desk at BWV that did that for us.
