Booking question - please help

Our family is planning to spend at least one night next March at either Royal Pacific or Portofino Bay. I tried booking online tonight but all three hotels (including HRH) were showing as unavailable on the website. I tried calling the reservations number and was put on hold for ages - never got through to an agent. Could it be that I'm trying to book too far out??

Hi I am looking for one night or two in March also. Online says not available but If you call you can reserve a room. No aaa rates are out yet but rooms are available now. Obsructed veiw HR was $324. for Friday March 6 to give you an idea. Try calling back. I have never been on hold that long.

call and book over the phone.

discount rates/rates are not available at his point.

reserve the room now at rack rates.
call back by the end of the year and modify the rate

on page 2 of this forum, i did read some threads that stated they also booked now for next year.


like i said before, you can book now at the rack rate.
you modify your ressie rate when the discount rates come out.

AAA rates come out earlier than the APH rates usually.
not sure if that same pattern will fall suit again but, it's worth a chance.

book now and check the websites for rates.
if you do not see the rates listed, call and talk to someone at reservations.
