We've been back a little over 2 weeks from an extended family trip to VWL and today, I thought it would be fun to put on the Samantha Brown Great Hotels special where she visits the Wilderness Lodge. We have all the Disney hotel episodes on the DVR. I guess you could say I was feeling “homesick” and I thought that my son would get a kick out of it. He certainly recognized it and kept saying “Go to hotel! Go to hotel!!”

BUT, the cool thing is the section where she profiles the villas. She walks to a door, inserts her key and you get a clear shot of the room number: 3545! OUR VILLA!!! Samantha Brown was in our villa!!!! Of course, it was like, six years before us, but still!! How exciting! I KNEW she was cosmically linked to be my friend! Notice I didn't say "best friend" That's reserved for you!!!

The other night, we sat and watched Sam (we call her Sam because we're so tight) take her first cruise.

It was a 12 night Med cruise on the Brilliance, but it was weird to watch a RCCL show on RCCL ship.

Have you seen her trip on the Freedom? I watch that often in prep for my sailing on this same/simlar ship.
