What resort to waitlist?

We are booked for a 1 bedroom at Saratoga in October. Right now, we are on a waitlist for a studio (any view) or a 1 bedroom (value or standard) at AKV. Are waitlists that successful? Should we add another resort to the waitlist? I am not even going to attempt BCV or BWV because of F and W festival. What does everyone think?

you will be fine at SSR - although yea why pay for 1-bedroom when you want a studio.

wait list do work.

although with AKV getting more and more popular - don't count on it - you should be able to get a studio at OKW or SSR.

might get AKV!

Right now I'm waitlisted for a value studio at AKV during the F&W. Besides BCV, it's the only waitlist that hasn't come thru within a few weeks. My best luck with the waitlist has been at BWV, but I've never tried during the F&W.

Do you all call DVC regarding your wait list? Or do you wait for them to call and say they had an opening?

What are you wait list dates? I'm wait listed from Oct 4-12 in about every location and type studio. I have all but Oct 9 at OKW and a few dates at the BWV.

As for calling about wait lists, I can't help but call for some reason or another to verify my wait lists. Just the other day i picked up another single day at BWV when i called and she said one wait list had matched.
