from "redemption" to "reception" for $25 Supercertificates at Milesource? It's been almost two weeks since I redeemed my hard earned 3500 points. I don't want to seem impatient, but I'M GETTING IMPATIENT :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :D

The two times I cashed out at Milesource I had the same experience. When I cashed out, I printed out the redemption page and on that page it says that it should take 3-4 (or 4-6 weeks, I can't remember) to receive my notification from Giftcertificates.com about my SuperCertificate. Well, the allotted time came and went and I never got any email, so I emailed GiftCertificates.com and Milesource. I never received a direct reply to my email or an explanation as to what happened from either one, but the next day I had the email from GiftCertificates.com to obtain my SuperCert. I guess it took a little "nudge" to get them moving. Good luck!

that has been my expierence.Always Print a copy of your redemption so if you are like me and forget(lol)you have back up.When you receive it you can write received on it and file it away.

That also keeps a record of how many rewards you have received.

I redeemed last month and it did take about a month to get the certificates. And I got it without e-mailing and calling Milesource to ask where it was. Be patient, I'm sure it's on the way.

I cashed out for GiftCertificates.com from Milesource on 3/19 and still nothing yet, but I have cashed out before and I think it took about a month before I received the e-mail to calim it.
