Since starting back on WW, I realized I don't get a lot of fiber in my diet. Truth is, I don't like a lot of high fiber foods.

Soooo, what do you eat that is good for fiber? Or, are there any supplements out there that are good to add to your diet?

I use Benefiber in my coffee/tea every morning (couple of big heaping tablespoons).

I eat lots of fruit and veggies. And I eat other high fiber foods...(not just because of the fiber, but because I like them) like beans (both whole and refried), cabbage, oatmeal. When I bake (rarely), I use some whole grain flours and wheat germ and wheat bran. I use flax seed on my salads.

Don't forget, you need some fats in addition to fiber to have a "regular" system. Healthy fats like EVOO, flax seed oil, and fats from foods like avocados. HTH...............P

Have you tried any Fiber One products? The original Fiber One cereal isn't too great on its own, but I add it into yogurt, and that adds a nice sweet crunch! I LOVE the Fiber One granola bars, and the other Fiber One cereals are pretty tasty as well (The Caramel Delight totally reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! :goodvibes ). Hungry Girl (http://www.hungry-girl.com/) has a TON of recipes using the Fiber One cereal as a sort of breading or crust...interesting concept but it totally works!

Also, I'm on Weight Watchers, and most of their products (available in grocery stores and at the meeting sites) have more fiber than other comparable brands.

Those work for me!

I'm also on Weight Watchers and I LOVE Thomas' Multi-grain light English Muffins. They are only 1 point and have 8 grams of fiber. I use them instead of rolls for sandwiches.

I also second the Fiber 1 Bars - try putting the peanut butter one in the microwave for about 10 seconds. YUM! It's a little higher in points, but worth it! They have 9 grams of fiber.

I am hooked on Cracklin Oat Bran. I eat it dry. It is a really good source of fiber.

Any of the Kashi brand cereals are really good. I like the Go Lean Crunch. As far as breads, the Arnold brand whole grains are also really good....Try the Health Nut, it's good nuts and seeds baked right in...very delish!

I usually put ground/milled flax seed over my daily oatmeal.

Ezekiel bread is good for about everything too I think.

I agree with the above about HG. I made the Fiber One onion rings tonight, and they were awesome!

I also eat Fiber One. I mix 1/2 cup of it with my cheerios in the morning. I also use Fiber One as a crouton-type thing on my salads. I mix it in yogurt.

I also love the Thomas' english muffins.....I eat one every day at lunch with a flame grilled Boca burger and loads of veggies...low pts. and lots of fiber. I also supplement with a fiber therapy capsule each morning.
