The mighty Quo *updated with pictures*

Went to see Status Quo at Westonbirt last night.

Much to my surprise, I had a really great time. I am not a fan (I bought the tickets for DH as a Christmas pressie) but even I knew a few of the songs and they even sang my favourite (Burning Bridges), which was excellent.

We were quite near the front and I got a few reasonably good pictures, which I will try to upload later.

Hi Joh

Just seen this thread - shame we didn't bump into you.

We had a great time too - as Joh said I wasn't looking forward to this concert so much but it exceeded my expectations and I was surprised just how many songs I knew. Kev was well away after quaffing an amazing amount of red wine from a wine box and his air guitar was in overdrive.:rotfl2:

Only problem was the biting cold wind but once they came on stage and the crowd got going I soon warmed up a little.
