It it to extract 2 teeth to avoid overcrowding preparing for braces one day annnnnnnd he has are you ready for it FIVE cavities. He is so done with brushing his teeth himself and drinking sodas it isn't even funny. I was letting him drink lots of soda because he doesn't eat because of his meds and my logic it was getting his caloric intake up. Well, my logic is flushed away.

He also has private OT and speech consults this week and lets not forget his psych on Thursday and his birthday party is Sunday.

Where is this money tree that they think I have?

:hug: Oh my Susie. That's alot of dental work on one little boy. Was he brushing his teeth right after the soda? They have found that brushing right after eating or drinking is worse for you then not brushing. Seems that the enamel is weakened and the brushing damages it. Brushing teeth is like pulling teeth around here, so there wasn't any fear of that damage happening in my house. :lmao:
Let me know if I can help. Not that I know anyone in the dental profession, but I can lend a shoulder.

I still need to put the bats on the pages and then just wait for the glazing stuff to dry. I forgot I did that to the prototype. I really like the popped shiny look with the liquid glaze on the bat in the corner. It won't be dry before the post office closes today. I will put this the mail first thing tomorrow. My older cat, Arkhe, had to have emergency abdominal surgery yesterday. He is being kept under sedation and for observation through at least Wednesday. I'm a nervous wreck. I haven't eaten since Sunday afternoon and I'm barely sleeping. I just can't focus on finishing these up at the moment while my baby is hurting.

I've very sorry for delaying this, everyone. I just can't worry about swapping at the moment.

Yeah, I was mainly concerned with the acidity of the saran wrap. So I popped them instead. And the little ones on the bottom are attached to the tags to pull them out. They hook onto the blue paper.

Sorting Update: Next weekend is insanely busy for me. My Girl Scout troop is doing an overnighter on Friday and I am helping my CMC run her big crop on Saturday. If everything is here by next Friday, I will try to sort on Sunday and have in the mail on Monday but I'm not making any promises as I don't know how completely exhausted I will be. I already have addresses loaded into the computer so that it will be easy to print labels. Sorting isn't too bad for these either. I'm hoping I'll be able to get them done while I'm watching football on Sunday.

Hi Ladies!

As I'm sure all y'all know from reading her thread, Susie is just swamped with real life at the moment and doesn't have a spare moment/thought to swap. PN96 has graciously offered to angel all of Susie's groups. That's a ton of work, but she is going to race through and get them to me by Oct. 31.

I apologize for the further delay. I just feel that it is so important to return well-made pages in return for all of your hard work that I thought the delay was worth it. The good news is that the weekend of Nov. 1 & 2 is mostly clear for me so I will be able to turn these around fairly quickly.

I am still waiting on two packages besides Nan's but those should both be to me by this Friday. I will be able to have everything photographed and sorted by the time Nan's arrive.

I have Girl Scout meetings and training today and tomorrow and a hair appointment Friday evening. If the package has not arrived by Saturday's mail, I'm going to go ahead and swap out without it. My goal is to mail on Monday either way.

I just don't feel like I can keep everyone's stuff hostage any more AND my house is completely overrun with packages at the moment which is seriously not good as I'm trying to get ready for our two week trip.

Hi All!

Half of the boxes are packed and just need to be closed and addressed. I have a Girl Scout training tonight after work from 6:00 to 9:00pm. I hope to have enough energy to come home and get those prepped to mail tomorrow morning. The other half will be going out on Friday.

I'm won't post DCs on here since you can look up addresses with them but I am happy to PM the numbers to anyone after I mail the packages. Just let me know!

Y'all have no idea how much I appreciate the patience. My new migraine meds are finally starting to work. Also, my orthopedist put me on new pain meds for my knee as he thinks that might have been contributing to the migraines. The side benefit of this new med is that it is helping me sleep better and is a slight mood inhancer as well so I'm not so stinking irritable all the time.

I would have had these ready to go yesterday but DH and I spent all weekend running errands for the trip. We leave at midnight on Dec. 2 and still had tons of prep stuff to do so we can pack this weekend. We still hadn't even gotten him fitted for his tux and his brother's wedding is Dec. 6! Fortunately, we just about have everything so I can concentrate on mailing swaps, cleaning and packing this weekend. I am SO READY for this vacation!

The packages are all in the mail except for rlovew's as I thought you wanted me to mail the pages together with your Event Swap pieces.

Unfortunately, they did not post until this morning. I was trying to get both the Holiday pages and the Event Swap stuff photographed, swapped out, packaged and labeled. Between prepping swaps, cleaning, doing laundry, shopping for the trip and packing, the Holiday pages didn't get finished until yesterday.

FYI - A few of y'all sent enough money for a Large Flat Rate box but you only needed a small one so I sent $5 back to you. It's in one of your group bags so be on the lookout when you open them.

I will be posting all pics in their own thread shortly. I will be PMing DC numbers for y'all to have since I won't be able to track. Please post when they arrive.

The packages are all in the mail except for rlovew's as I thought you wanted me to mail the pages together with your Event Swap pieces.

Does this mean you will not be mailing mine until you arrive back from DW?
