I just finished Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer last night. Y'all know what that's about. My friends were begging me to read them, and I was interested in what all the hype was about, so I read them all, and they are good books.

Now I'm reading Jackdaws by Ken Follet. It's about the resistance groups in WWII, mostly on the women in them. It's really good so far.

After that, I wanna read Plain Truth by Jodi Picoult.

The attraction is mutual and quickly grows into the kind of love that leaves Savannah vowing to wait for John while he finishes his tour fo dury. But neither can forsee that 9/11 is about to change the world. Like so many proud men and women, John must coose between love and country. Now , when he finally returns to North Carolina, John will discover that loving Savannah will force him to make the hardest decision of his life."

Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zevin.

It's about this girl, Liz, who dies. When people die, they go to this place called Elsewhere. In Elsewhere, everyone ages backwards until they become a baby again and go back to earth to begin their new life. Liz is distraught because she'll never get her drivers liscense, she'll never grow old with a lover, she'll never get older at all. At first, she obsesses over her life on Earth and won't 'let go' but eventually she realizes that a life lived in reverse isn't that different than a life lived forward. She falls in love, finds and job that she loves and even gets her drivers liscense.

(That was a super crappy description, but I am atrocious at summarizing things.)

The writing is pretty bad, but the plot is alright.

I'm about to read Gods Behaving Badly.

SUCH a good book! I have read The Tenth Circle, My Sister's Keeper, Vanishing Acts, Change of Heart and Sixteen Minutes by her...they are so good! I highly recommend them. Some have mature content...so I'd say only for older teens or more mature teens. She's an AMAZING writer!

Title: The Penny Tree
Author: Holly Kennedy.
Description: (Warning Long, taken from back.)
"Annie Hillman has been dangling from the end of her rope for so long, she's forgotten how to do more than hold on. Forced to move back to her small hometown, she's working a temporary job that feels more permanent by the day. Her son Luke is becoming an out-of-control truant. And though her younger son, Eric, has survived a long illness, the medical bills are burying Annie. Her only refuge is the old Doublas fir tree that has been special to her since childhood, when her father helped her nail a penny to the trunk to mark an important chapter in her life...

Then the oddest thing happens. The local newspaper carries an ad featuring a picture of Annie--when she was young and free--on the front page, with an earnest message off love and regret from an unknown admirer. The paper's editor refuses to name names, but the ads continue to appear. And when the story breaks, Annie finds herself in the national spotlight.

Now for the first time in years, Annie is beginning to see that joy might be possible even in the midst of hard times--and that the life she's led, along with the people she's loved, might still show her the way..."

I just finished Twilight. (AMAZING) My mom is reading New Moon so I have to wait for her to finish that before I can. Then I'll read Eclipse and the 4th book that comes out August 2nd!!! I have so many books on my bookshelf that I want to read. Next I'll probably read the book for summer reading. (BORING) Here's the list of books I want to read:

Is He or Isn't He- John Hall
Sounded really funny. A girl and her gay friend both fall for the same guy

Someone Like You- Sarah Dessen
That Summer- Sarah Dessen
(My sister told me that the movie 'How to Deal' is roughly based of these two books and I really enjoyed the movie)

He's Just Not That Into You- Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo
(My sister also read this. It's like a self help book about guys. My sister says its HILARIOUS. They are also making it into a movie.)

Dairy Queen & the sequel The Off Season- Catherine Gilbert Murdock
(About a girl wants to play on the high school football team and other high school drama.)

Two Way Street- Lauren Barnholdt
(A couple plans a road trip, they break-up but stil go on the road trip. Girl finds out theres a reason as to why her boyfriend really broke up with her, and its not why she thought.)

Forbidden Boy- Hailey Abbott
(Typical family rivalry, girl finds out boy she is falling for is part of the other family.)

Tips On Having A Gay Ex-Boyfriend- Carrie Jones
(My sister had to read this for college and it looked funny so I decided ?I wanted to read it.)

***If you couldn't tell, I'm into the typical teen drama books.
