Are the VWL still available to purchase? What is the magical beginnings program they're offering? Thanks.

Thru DVC, VWL is only available to existing members as an add-on. I think that MB is still available on purchases of 100 points or more for that resort.

Otherwise, DVC is still selling HH, VB and, of course, BCV to new members.
