Digital scrapbooking question

I have read on these boards that many of you do digital scrapbooking. What is the best program to use for this for a beginner? Do you publish these scrapbooks into a bound hard copy book? Thanks for any informationpopcorn::

you might want to visit digitalscrapbookplace.com or http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/ they both have great tutorials. I use Paint Shop Pro, but I know some scrappers use Photo Shop Elements. Much like this site. I have a 12x12 printer so I can print them out at home, but I do know a lot of people who save their designs to disks & take them to Sams & have the pages printed there. Also, you can go to snapfish or something like that & have them printed in bound books.

also check out the Creative Community forum on these boards, there is a scrapbooking section and links to free Disney and other sites to download as well as alot of sample pages done by talented people.
