I was curious if any Tampa Bay area DIS'ers have gone to Dr. Lara and used his program? I went today for my consultation and it sounds pretty promising. According to them, I need to loose 40 pounds but I think I need to loose 60 pounds.
So how was it for you? Any one have pointer, tips, experiences (good or bad) they want to share?
