I have purchased Minnie Mouse and Tigger ones from Michael's craft store in the past.

I also saw another user mention that she enlarged a Home Depot paint chip on a copy machine to make her own using fabric on a T-shirt... Check out the ribbon t-shirt thread (it's #6...I'd post a link, but I'm still too much of a newbie, it won't let me! hehe)
