BCV add on question

If you do a small add on (70 or 75) points at BCV I know the price is $75 a point. If you have an April use year would you get 2002 points or just 2003. Thanks.

Just did an add on yesterday for 100 points at BCV. WE got 5 dollars per point toward thre downpayment- you have to buy at least 100 points to get this. Barb
