Need a Baby Pooh and Friends 1st Birthday Design!

I am making my nephew a shirt to wear to his first birthday party and they are using the Baby Pooh Characters. Could someone do a shirt that either say's.....It's My 1st Birthday....or I'm 1 Today....or something along those lines with either just Pooh or all of the Pooh characters?

I don't know if the size matters as far as how big the design is, but he wears a 12 months!
