I am so busy on the vacation planning boards, I have never ventured down....didn't know there was "scrapbooking" on here. Great to find you. Scrapbooking and cleaning house:rotfl: are my only hobbies.
I am seriously debating on purchasing the Cricut Expression. In the past I have purchased die cuts from individuals with a Cricut.....Then got to thinking...why don't I just buy my own??
Only question (2)...is it hard to put the pieces together? does it take a long time? The Disney Princess die cuts seem very intricate and time consuming.

Welsome to this side of the boards.
I have an expression and I LOVE IT> I dont scrapbook without it.
I have all the disney carts. and i find the princess ones the most difficult. They are very do-able - but they do take sometime. The pooh and the mickey cuts dont have as many small pieces as the princess ones. that being said - the nice thing about being able to cut your own is that you can do it in any size - any color - as many as you want.
so i say - GO FOR IT and buy yourself an expression - YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Welcome! I would say that since you are thinking about getting the Expression (versus the little bug) that will make putting the pieces together easier. You can make them big enough that the pieces won't be as tedious. I have the princess cartridges, but haven't used them yet (:rolleyes1 ) but I have heard/read that they are the hardest of all the Disney cartridges. My 8 year old DD can put together the Mickey ones will little to no help from me. Hope that helps and you will LOVE the Cricut. :thumbsup2

Get the Expression:). You might as well, because once you start using the baby bug, you'll be wishing you could do things a bit bigger. Trust me, BTDT....now I have 2 machines:).

I got an Expression for Mothers Day and sold my Bug on Craig's List. I like to make character bigger, and fonts smaller. I found titles hard at 1". 3/4" is much easier to fit on the page.
