I've been looking at software and the Photo Impact Pro looks interesting. 13 seems to be the newest version. I'm trying to decide on what would be the best and easiest to use.
If you have used it what are the pros and cons?
I know many use the Photoshop Elements and I wanted to try it but it's not available until July 1st.
Any info on any program will be greatly appreciated.
:thanks:

When I wanted to start designing, I also did the free trials first. I didn't want to shell out any money until I was sure what I liked.
I first did a 30 day with Photo Impact and then a 30 day with Photoshop Elements. I settled on Elements becuase I seemed to like it better. But if I remember correctly, Impact had some cool features I still haven't seen in Elements.
I would suggest trying them both before buying. One tip though: try them independently, really focus on each one. If you do them both at the same time it will be harder to learn and harder to see which one you will like better.

Thank you for the replies. Right now the trial offer for Photoshop Elements is unavailable and I can't find one for the Phot Impact Pro. :confused3
