We are flying in for our Sunday DCL cruise on Friday early evening. Our plan is to stay somewhere close to Sea World Fri and Sat night since we will be going to Sea World on Saturday. I have looked at the Renaissance and it looks really nice. I wasn't sure if there were any other hotels nearby that are worth staying at instead or is the benefit of staying across the street worth the cost of the hotel. Thanks.

The Renaissance is right across the street. There is also a Hilton Garden Inn which is very close, I would say you could walk from there as well.
My last trip, last weekend, I stayed on I-drive and just took the I-ride trolley that runs up and down that end of International Drive. It was easy and inexpensive. :)

I like the convenience of being able to walk to Sea World (when visiting). Also, as can be seen from my sig, I like the Hilton Garden Inn. It is a very easy walk, but they also have a free shuttle to Sea World so there is even more choice. HTH
