Question about new Cuttelbug "Frills" embossing folders

Has anyone seent hese yet? They are a pre-order thing, will be available in July. They look really cool, HOWEvER, I can't figure out how they would work.

They appear that you would be able to emboss the bottom or side edge of a card. I can see how that would work if you want to use one of the patterns on the edge - but what if you want to use one of the ones in the middle?

Or is the point of these to just do a strip of the specific pattern you want, and then adhere it to your main card?

i love all those new folders that are coming out! i can't wait! i was wondering the same thing as you. how would you use just one of them??

no it looks likes she cut that on her own.

From reading your first link it looks like they are bundled together but are separate pieces.

Each set includes three 5/8" borders, one 1" border and one 1 1/4" border.

Ahhh...if they do it in a set, all separately apart - that makes perfect sense.

I think they are separate. If I buy any more Cuttlebug stuff, I am going to have to find a bigger space to keep them. I love them though!

me too! but i love them all so much. i can't help it. everytime i'm in michaels or acmoore, joanns i just have to look at them and check it out. and joann's has them all on clearance because the new ones are coming out, so that means trouble for me. my mom came home with some the other day that she picked up for me for .98 cents. now you really can't beat that right? i was like :moped:!!!! i had to go and see what other ones were there!!!! i really do believe it's an obsession!!!!

I agree Holly, I am always checking to see if there are any new ones. I have the best luck finding the newer ones at Hobby Lobby. I missed out on Joanns, it was cleared out when I got there. It was for the best, as I said before, I am out of room!

Not brand new, new from the last release. All the Disney ones, etc. Hobby Lobby got them way before Michaels or Joann's.
