My wife and I are going back to WDW for a second time this year 9/4-9/9. We are really looking forward to this trip as our first one together we went 12/29/07-1/2/08. Christmas time at WDW was totally awesome as was the amazing New Year's fireworks at MGM(now Hollywood). Any suggestions for a second timer as we pretty much did everything we wanted while there the first time but really want to take our time this time. First things first, TOY STORY MANIA!!

Thanks in advance,

WELCOME TO THE DIS

The only two suggestions I have are:

1. Prepare yourself for the heat!!

2. Since you will be there during free dining, have ADR's made if you haven't done so already

The free dining promotion was started to fill up WDW resorts during a typically slower season (end of August thru September), which is when most kids have gone back to school & when the hurricane season has traditionally been most active. By booking your stay at a WDW resort (not sure if it's offered for any resort or just select resorts) during this time frame you can receive the Basic Disney Dining Plan (DDP) for free. The DDP gives each person 1 table service (TS) meal, 1 counter service (CS), and 1 snack per day of your stay at WDW. Due to this promotion, it has become rather imperative during this time of year to have made ADR's for meals because the restaurants will be full.
