Exercising With A Family Member.

Hi. Just wandering if anyone exercises with a family member or even best friend? DD 19 decided last night to throw one of the heavy balls back and forth, then I did the floor peddle with my legs and arms.DD19 goes to the gym a couple of times a week so she was also giving me some tips of the trade.

I go hiking with my mom. We started in April. Kinda skipped May though. She's lost 10 pounds. I've started to give her tips to tone up her body though. I need to watch her to make sure she does them though.

My mom and I exercise together and love it! I also *try* to exercise with DF but we usually get distracted, sit down and talk about stuff instead. haha
