DOSE THE KIDS CLUBS ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO USE THEIR KTTW CARDS ANYTIME THEY WANT ? LIKE IF THEY WANT A DRINK IS THAT AVAILABLE IN THE CLUB OR DO THE KIDS JUST GO SPEND ON THIS CARD LIKE WILD ANIMALS?

If you mean the Oceaneer club/lab, then the answer is no. The only time there are drinks or food is when they take the children to Topsiders for lunch or dinner (no cost - part of cruise :p ) However, in order to prevent the KTTW card from being used as a credit card go to Guest Services - preferrably the first night - and request they be converted to "key-only" cards. That will prevent them from playing with the cards in Quarter Master's arcade card machines. Also, any of the shops will allow the child to purchase goods without a parent  - as I found out on our cruise when my "then" 8-year old bought a hat.

I know in Common Grounds, wait staff would occasionally go through and take drink orders, which of course are paid for with their KTTW cards. I am not sure about the younger kids clubs though.

If you are concerned about your child using their KTTW card with spending privileges, then do not grant them the use of a line of credit on it. I do not believe the club counselors will monitor the spending that kids may do with them.
