My first ofsted inspection today!

wow what a morning I had my first ofsted inspection as a childminder this morning

I am pleased to say I got good, which I think is an achievement for a relatively new childminder

just wanted to share, a sit was quite hard work, I dont think people realise how much paper work we have to do

i know thats very well done.....i used to childmind and its amazing the hoops they make you jump through. soo much paperwork now , not like it used to be
